The former integrates  Office 365 premium along with "tailored security and management features from Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility + Security", while the later one includes Office 365 Enterprise, Windows 10 Enterprise, and Enterprise mobility + security. 

The Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise will further have two editions, i.e. Microsoft Office 365 E3 and 365 E5.
